10MHz Frequency Counter and AC Voltage (V) Dual-Display- The 3-3/4 digit, 4000 count meter provides an accurate digital readout of frequency and AC voltage in dual display mode.

AC Voltage and Decibel (dBM) Dual-Display- This meter provides AC voltage along with dBM function in the dual display mode. You can easily measure the dB gain of amplifiers or insertion loss of filters, attenuators, etc.

Capacitance and Inductance function- Tests capacitance to 100µF and inductance to 100H.

Diode Testing- Checks diodes and other semiconductors for open, short or good. It also displays the diode's forward voltage drop in the dual display mode.

Temperature Function- In dual display mode, the meter will automatically display the temperature in celsius (°C) and fahrenheit (°F) on the LCD. Also, the meter can measure from -17°C to 1,093°C by using optional temp adaptor and k-type thermocouple probe.

Logic Test- Easily checks digital circuits to determine the logic state of different parts of the circuit. The meter displays the high, low & . . . on the main-display with actual measured value on the sub-display.

Pulse Signal Out Function- This meter can generate 2KHz, 4KHz, 8KHz pulse signals at sig-out terminal. This function enables you to easily test logic or audio circuits.

RS-232C PC Interface- The model 506 meter has a RS-232C serial interface. Measured values are transmitted to the computer via an interface cable and supplied software (both DOS & Windows versions are supplied).

Time (9:59:59) Function- This meter has a time function which can measure time up to 10 hours (9:59:59) and also it has a stop watch function. Alarm sounds at end of selected time interval.

Minimum, Maximum and Average (Min., Max., Avg.) Mode- Min., Max. and Avg. allow you to measure and record the minimum, maximum and running average of both positive and negative polarity input signals. Min. and Max. operates with all available functions.

10 Memories- You can store into memory 10 measurements. Data can be recalled at anytime using the menu and the up(s) and down(t) buttons.

Relative (D, %) Function- Relative mode allows you to measure values with respect to a preset reference value. The results are displayed on the LCD as D and %. Relative mode operates with all functions.
