Need to Return a product
To return a product at
Capetronics Inc,
you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
department
or by telephone.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without an
RMA. There will also be a restocking fee of 15% of
the cost of the item.

Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST

We'll need the following information to authorize
your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general, Capetronics Inc
accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers
within 15
days. However, Capetronics Inc
reserves the right to authorize product returns
beyond 15 days from the invoice date. If the
product is accepted after 15 days, credit will be
issued toward future product purchases.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for
all shipping charges back to
Capetronics Inc
on returned items, and Capetronics Inc
will pay the shipping charges on the replacement
or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 15 days from invoice date can be for
