If I dont have a PayPal account can I still purchase something from Capetronics?

Well sure you can. Email Sales Department  and let that department know what product you might be interested in and they will give you a final price including shipping and handling and you can mail a Money Order to:

Please include the details of the invoice that you will receive from the Sales Department. Also you can also open a PayPal account for free and use your Credit card without Capetronics Inc ever seeing you credit details.

How long would it take to get something repaired?

Normally 7 to 10 day turn around time. A lot depends on what kind of component(s) have been damaged and how fast we can get our hands on the replacement part(s).  Of course if you have an emergency repair Capetronics Inc can assist. Next day parcel mail will be used and we can put someone of the repair as soon as it arrives. Prices will be more for RUSH Service. Please email for more details.

Now having said that there is an express service where we can repair something in 24 hours turnaround. This is a more expensive service but it is available.

What happens if you can't repair my electronic instrument or PCB, do you charge me?

No we do not. Our policy is ----No fix No pay. This also means that quotes are free of charge.

How do we pay for work Capetronics Inc has performed?

We accept PayPal, Company Checks, Money Order, Cashiers Check VISA,MASTERCARD and American Express. Since we have received a large number of repairs from countries like Australia, Israel, Germany, Panama, South Africa, Uganda, UK, New Zealand, Nigeria and Amsterdam we have decided that bank wire transfer is the only means of payment with an added $25.00 for the admin fees for all overseas repairs.

What pricing structure is available?

Field Service rates are currently $295.00 per hour. Minimum 2 hour callout. If we need to travel we charge accordingly. Please contact service for the most current pricing structure.


So will we get a failure report concerning our repair?

Yes, you will receive a failure report if you request one.  This is an extra fee.
